We're not chasing trends or simply trying to make the next dollar. We pick extremely challenging problems that affect a lot of people, then build apps that help alleviate those issues. Here's our approach:
We avoid the easy markets. We look for problems that are difficult and pervasive in our society: depression, addiction, political division etc.
We create innovative solutions that are based on science to help benefit our users and society.
We use distribution and marketing methods that are ethical and interesting. We then reinvest the profits into making more solutions
We are looking for people who are absurdly creative and smart. We also seek to create the best working environment possible using the same innovative design methods we use to create our software.
